Today a redditor @6ilent posted that he released a windows application named Electralyzed with GUI that made to install and uninstall tweaks and themes automatically over SFTP.  According to him this app requires 7zip to be installed and nothing more. 

This 1.0.1 version brings more features compared with previous Electralyzed 1.0.0, here we list latest features for you:

• Installs Tweaks (No extra folder support yet)

• Installs Themes

• Added some quick commands

• Redesigned GUI

• Fixed some 1.0.0 bugs
