Verizon Wireless said today that folks on its Beyond Unlimited ($50 per month) and Above Unlimited ($60 per month) plans can now get free Apple Music as a perk on an ongoing basis.

Previously, Verizon and the iPhone maker offered a free 6-month trial to Apple Music.

If you are on Verizon’s so-called unlimited plans, you can get Apple Music subscription, which normally would run you $9.99 per month, for no additional charge. Verizon also continues to offer a six-month Apple Music trial for customers on the cheaper Go Unlimited plans.

Our customers loved the offer, so we’re expanding the value of our Beyond Unlimited and Above Unlimited plans by including Apple Music at the same plan price. You can stream more of the music you love on the network you deserve.

The offer is starting tomorrow, January 17.

Customers can either stream their favorite Apple Music tunes ad-free over 4G LTE or Wi-Fi, or download songs for offline playback on the go.

Apple has been extending the reach of its services following a revenue warning. At CES 2019, for instance, Apple announced partnerships with major television makers such as Samsung, LG, Vizio and Sony to bring AirPlay 2 and HomeKit to select Smart TV sets.

Moreover, the Cupertino technology giant has expanded its reach by permitting third-party smart speakers that utilize Amazon’s Alexa to integrate with its music-streaming service.
